We are a Corporation Registered in the State of Texas under the name of Avances en Telecomunicaciones, Inc., herein referred as Elvi's Telecom since 1993. The President and CEO is Eliseo Villarreal and he is an Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer with more than 37 Years of experience in this field.
Our Address is 209 Barnes Bridge Rd., Mesquite, TX 75150-3103. we are about 20 minutes North East of Downtown Dallas. Our main operation area is the Dallas and FT. Worth Metropolitan area, although we have some of our customers in Houston, Sugar Land, Austin, Round Rock, San Antonio in Texas and String Town and Durant Oklahoma.
The company started as a Repair Facility for Fujitsu/Focus, Siemens 192, 192MX , 232. NEC 616, 1648 and Electromark phone systems from 1988 through 1990, then our technicians showed up to support other technicians and engineers at the customer site and that gave us the opportunity to move into the Direct end user's contact. Since then we have been selling AT&T, Panasonic, Toshiba, Siemens, Hitachi, Fujitsu, NEC, MItel, Nortel, Vodavi, Asterisk, Shoretel, Allworx, etc. We DO NOT REPAIR FOR OTHER COMPANIES ANY MORE. Only For Our Own Customers, this give us the advantage of not sending any of our customer's equipment off for repair (Unless of course if this is under the manufacturer's warranty). We have our Own Lab and we keep enough phone systems up and running for a "sawp out" emergency situations.

If you have an old phone system and that is working and fills your needs, we don't have the right to sell you a Brand New VoIP Phone system that you will never fully use, is that simple.
