Founder:
Eliseo Villarreal, President and CEO of Elvi’s Telecom an Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer graduated from the University of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Eliseo worked as Telephone Technician at the Telephone Company in Monterrey, Mexico (TEL-MEX). Latter trained in Telephony, Networking (LAN and WAN), earth and satellite communications systems by Bancomer (The biggest bank in Mexico at that time).

Both companies certified him on Public and Private Networks (LAN and WAN), among several certifications He holds the Telecommunication Systems, Siemens Telephone systems 192, 232 and 192 MX, GTE Omni I, II and III, Indetel (Mexican Cross Bar PBX system) P200 and P1000.

Our Name:
Our Name was actually a combination of our founder’s First and Last name El from his First Name and Vi  for his Last Name. It is to pronounce and remember the Spanish Corporation name.
